Speed and accuracy are critical in order to succeed. Have you got what it takes to win?
Break the balls by shooting the cue ball (solid white ball) into the triangular formation of the other 15 balls. To do this left click the cue stick and drag it while holding the left mouse button down and aim where you would like the cue ball to go. Once you have made your choice, release the left mouse button. The Power Meter (triangular, multicoloured objects at the bottom of the game) is used to set how hard you will hit the cue ball. To adjust the power simply left click, and hold, the white line within the power meter and drag it left (for a soft hit) or right(for a hard hit). Now that you have aimed your shot and set the power, take the shot by clicking the Shoot/Spot Ball button below the power meter. Game Play and the Objective of the game: The 15 balls on the table are separated into three groups: Solids (balls numbered 1 to 7), Stripes (balls numbered 9 to 15) and Eight ball (the only black ball). The first player to sink (put a ball into one of the six pockets) a ball sets which group of balls he/she will be shooting at. For example, if on the break the player sinks the 3 ball his/her group of balls will be the solids (1 to 7) and their opponent`s will be the stripes (9 to 15).What you want to do is sink all seven of your group`s balls and finally sink the eight ball in the pocket marked with the flashing yellow arrow. If you sink the eight ball into any other pocket, it will be a foul and ends your turn. Spotting the Cue Ball: A foul would be any one of the following actions: sinking the Cue Ball, hitting one of your opponent`s balls with the cue ball before hitting you own, sinking the eight ball in the wrong pocket, or before you have sunk all your balls. A foul results in the end of your turn, plus giving your opponent Ball in Hand, which means they can put the cue ball anywhere on the table and shoot from there. If the computer player shoots a foul then you also get Ball in Hand. To place the cue on the table, left click and hold the flashing cue ball and drag it to where you want to take your shot and release the mouse button. To get the cue stick to appear, click the Shoot/Spot Ball button under the power meter. Make sure to click it only once. Double clicking the button will shoot the ball. Enjoy!
